Return and Exchange Policy
Our company is not a real estate seller; therefore, the return or exchange of real estate will be handled according to the policies outlined in the purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller.
As we only act as an intermediary or a real estate brokerage agent for the developer and the buyer, our company has no obligation to process returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event of issues arising between the property owner, the developer, and the buyer. Our role is limited to supporting and guiding buyers through the procedures to resolve conflicts or disputes between the parties involved.
We will provide the buyer’s or seller’s information to the respective parties when requested for assistance or upon a valid request from competent government authorities to help resolve the issue.
Our company may partially support buyers in cases where the fault lies with the seller we introduced or recommended to the buyer. Such responsibilities will depend on the agreement between the buyer and our company. Additionally, we will assist buyers in requesting compensation from the seller (developer or owner) if it is determined that the seller is at fault.
We require property sellers (developers or owners) to include detailed return/exchange or refund policies in the purchase agreements. We also strongly advise buyers to carefully read and understand these policies and contractual terms before deciding to purchase the property, to avoid potential disagreements or conflicts in the future.
